At BĀMBASWIMAUS, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear or missing protective liners cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all BĀMBASWIMAUS tags and hygiene stickers are firmly in place.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
